Jim comes from a sports marketing background. Formally a IMG employee, Jim decided to also follow his background and passions and is a co-founder of XS Promotions. Jim was a springbok water skier and still participates in wakeboarding, drifting and other extreme past times. He is currently in charge of the Finances and heads up Sales. His experience in events marketing and concurrent activations whilst maintaining more than a decade of experience has more than spearheaded the success of the business as a whole.
