Evo 6 pulls 0-160km/h – Testing upgrades

1 Mins read

A bunch of different pulls with a whole lot of different modifications to the 4g63 engine on this mitsubishi evolution vi.

In Tony opinion the EGR/SAS delete was a very good upgrade and a healthy performance increase for literally free. The downpipe and exhaust helps release gases but not as noticeable though.Their eventually got a evo 7 ECU fitted and did a tune on the stock turbo to 1.6 bar / 23psi and that felt the best honestly…

Tony later fitted water meth injection and it was really happy, it would spike up to 2 bar / 30psi without and knock and then tapper down to 23psi.

That was my favourite, he didnt get to do the o2 dump pipe but he have heard from many evo heads that is the upgrade you want and it gives a really generous sum of power.
