STREET LINES 2026: PRETORIA, GET READY — THE SKATEPARK IS ABOUT TO ERUPT

Street Lines 2026 is bringing the heat back to Pretoria on Saturday, 19 September, turning Thrashers Skatepark into a full-throttle playground for South Africa’s best skateboarders, hungry newcomers and the next generation of riders. Since launching in 2021, Street Lines has grown into one of the country’s standout skateboarding competitions, expanding its Men’s, Women’s and Junior divisions while creating a serious platform for athletes to develop, compete and chase the next level. Expect technical precision, fearless creativity and the kind of skating that makes you question the laws of physics, all packed into one electric day of sport and skate culture.

Then comes the moment when things get seriously unpredictable. Riders will battle through qualifying rounds and finals, attacking Thrashers’ ramps, rails, ledges, and obstacles for the title, major prize money, partner prizes, and ultimate bragging rights. The Insta360 Best Trick contest will push the intensity even further, giving competitors the green light to throw down their biggest, boldest and most outrageous tricks. Presented by LW Mag and Dragon Energy Drink, alongside DC Shoes, Garmin, Insta360 and Side Hustle Skate Shop, Street Lines 2026 is more than a competition. It’s an invitation to pull up, bring your crew, and witness the moment South African skateboarding takes another leap forward.
