CRAZY DESTROYERS CROWNED 2025 RED BULL MZANSI CREW BATTLE CHAMPIONS IN AN EXPLOSIVE GRAND FINALE

Mzansi witnessed a spectacular celebration of dance and youth culture as the Red Bull Mzansi Crew Battle National Final lit up Constitution Hill on Sunday, 7 December. Packed with electrifying performances, celebrity guests, and an energy-charged crowd, the unforgettable finale ended with Crazy Destroyers being crowned the 2025 Red Bull Mzansi Crew Battle Champions.

Hailing from Pretoria, the dynamic duo of Sleek Nation (24) and Tsebetsa Boy (22) from Soshanguve and Mabopane rose above the competition in a gripping final showdown against crowd favourites True Skhanda Movers. Despite being the smallest crew in the competition, Crazy Destroyers delivered razor-sharp execution, powerful storytelling, and undeniable chemistry, winning over both judges and fans alike.

“Winning this means a lot to us. We were fighting many crews, outnumbered, but we came back strong and stood tall. This is our first experience winning a competition like this, and it’s unbelievable.”

A Day of Music, Culture, and Pure Street Dance Energy

The grand finale was more than just a dance battle—it was a full-scale cultural experience. The stage came alive with performances from some of South Africa’s most influential youth-culture icons. Pabi Cooper brought Amapiano heat and star power, Phantom Steeze fused dance and rap with explosive energy, and DJ Tshegu transformed Constitution Hill into a street party.

Soundtracking every round were the Dube Twiinz on the decks, while charismatic MC Elly Majola kept the crowd fired up throughout the day.

A respected judging panel featuring Bontle Modiselle, Limpopo Boy, and Tom London evaluated the crews on creativity, execution, style, and crowd connection—pushing dancers to perform at their absolute peak.
