EFC 134 delivered a spectacular night of mixed martial arts action at the World Sports Betting EFC Arena, with championship drama, breakout performances, and highlight-reel finishes keeping fans on the edge of their seats.

The main event featured a highly anticipated clash between two of Africa’s premier female MMA champions as reigning EFC Women’s Flyweight Champion Amanda Lino defended her title against EFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Juliet Chukwu. The championship showdown lived up to expectations, showcasing the elite level of women’s mixed martial arts on the continent.

Both athletes enjoyed moments of success throughout the contest, exchanging momentum in a competitive battle that highlighted their championship pedigree. However, it was Lino who ultimately found the decisive finish, securing an armbar submission at 3:28 of the third round to successfully retain her title.

The victory further cements Lino’s status as one of the most dominant and accomplished champions in EFC history while ending Chukwu’s ambitious quest to hold championship belts in two weight divisions simultaneously.

Earlier on the main card, Thapelo Seabi produced one of the biggest victories of his career with an impressive unanimous decision win over highly regarded flyweight contender Sisa Jungula. The performance significantly boosts Seabi’s standing in the division and places him firmly in the title conversation.

Khanyo Maqam also continued his rise through the lightweight ranks with a commanding third-round TKO victory over veteran competitor Vince Bembe. After a composed and calculated performance, Maqam secured the finish at 3:38 of the final round, earning one of the evening’s coveted Performance Bonuses and establishing himself as a serious contender in one of EFC’s most competitive divisions.
