Race Highlights

The Red Bull Erzbergrodeo began with a field of 500 competitors racing through the demanding terrain of Austria’s Iron Giant. The race kicked off at 13.00 CEST on Sunday, with RIEJU Factory Racing’s Will Hoare initially grabbing the holeshot. However, he was quickly overtaken by Germany’s Chris Gunderman (KTM) during the early high-speed sections. A crash by Trystan Hart in the first corner created a bottleneck, affecting riders including Sherco Factory Racing’s Teodor Kabakchiev and Red Bull Leader Tread’s Wade Young.
