Moto 1
The first moto kicked off with Muc-Off/FXR/ClubMX Yamaha’s Phil Nicoletti grabbing the MotoSport.com Holeshot in the final Pro Motocross race of his career. However, Team Honda HRC’s Hunter Lawrence and Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Aaron Plessinger quickly took over the front positions. By the completion of the opening lap, Sexton had moved into third, closely pursued by Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing’s Eli Tomac. Plessinger soon overtook Lawrence for the lead, while Sexton made a crucial pass on Lawrence, a move that proved pivotal in his championship quest. The top four riders—Plessinger, Sexton, Lawrence, and Tomac—battled closely, but Sexton eventually gained control of the moto, establishing a comfortable lead. Plessinger kept Sexton in check for a while, but Sexton pulled away in the latter stages, winning by a margin of 4.8 seconds. Plessinger finished second, with Lawrence and Tomac rounding out the top four.

Moto 2
The final moto of the 2024 season began with Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing’s Justin Cooper grabbing the MotoSport.com Holeshot, closely followed by Lawrence and Plessinger. However, Sexton quickly asserted his dominance, moving from fifth to first within the opening lap. Plessinger briefly challenged Sexton after Sexton stalled his bike, but Sexton managed to regain his composure and pulled away, ultimately winning by a massive 26.1 seconds over Plessinger. Tomac secured third place in the moto, completing the podium.
