Super Enduro X 2025 – Montecasino Delivers an Epic Opening Round!
The first-ever SA SuperEnduroX Championship got off to an electrifying start at Montecasino, Johannesburg, delivering an unforgettable day of high-adrenaline racing, a lively carnival atmosphere, and family-friendly fun. With up to 5,000 fans in attendance, the event exceeded expectations, proving that Super Enduro X is here to stay in South Africa!
Unpredictable Weather, Perfect Racing Conditions
Leading up to the event, organizers battled two days of heavy rain during track setup and another downpour immediately after the event. However, race day itself saw perfect weather, setting the stage for an incredible day of competition.

Race Results – Montecasino (Round 1)
🏆 Winner: Wade Young (GasGas) – A true professional, Young dominated the course, showcasing his world-class talent.
Other notable performances included:
- Adam du Preez (Yamaha) – Marking Yamaha’s return to Super Enduro X.
- Branden Swanepoel (Sherco Treadmill Racing) – A top-tier ride for the team.
- Charisse Piazza Musso & Maddi Goudie – Representing the women’s division in this intense competition.
