“The biggest challenge up here is the mental game. Everything can shake a little bit, it can get windy, the sun can be in your eyes. Tricks that you normally stomp easily on the ground are way more challenging due to those conditions.”

Overcoming fear was a significant part of this achievement. Fedko described his first time standing atop the tree trunk platform as “terrifying,” but through methodical acclimatization, he conquered the height and the mental barriers it posed.
“The most challenging trick for me was the Ninja Drop on the 27-meter-high tree trunk—super scary up there. We worked ourselves up, every 50 centimeters, until we conquered the full height. I was super stoked.”
