Scott Heygate, competing in the Open Class, narrowly missed out on the championship title, finishing second overall for the season. Heygate’s year was filled with standout performances, including his first race win and an overall victory earlier in the season. Despite suffering a knee injury that could have ended his season, he fought through the pain to stay competitive.
“It was a great day for me. Finishing second overall after almost giving up makes me proud. My focus now is on knee surgery and recovery for the 2025 season.”

Matthew Wilson had a strong showing in the OR3 class, battling through tough conditions and finishing second in his class and fifth overall for the round. Wilson praised his team for their support and looked ahead to a stronger 2025 season.

Kerim Fitz-Gerald ended his season on a high by winning the Seniors class in the final round, overcoming early-season injuries. Bradley Cox, despite the challenging conditions, scored valuable points in the Open Class and finished fourth overall for the season.
“I’m incredibly proud of how every rider gave their best, no matter the challenges. We’re looking forward to coming back stronger in 2025.”

The Husqvarna Racing team had a phenomenal final round, with Davin Cocker and Luke Walker securing championship titles. Cocker claimed victory in the Open class and the overall championship title for 2024, while Walker, in his debut season in the OR3 class, finished third overall.

UB Leisure TFC Sleepover Honda Wing Racing’s Double Champions
The UB Leisure TFC Sleepover Honda Wing Racing team celebrated a double championship victory, with Louwrens Mahoney clinching the Seniors class title and Warrick van Schalkwyk taking the Masters title. Mahoney maintained a strong position throughout the season, while van Schalkwyk, after overcoming early injury setbacks, dominated the latter half of the season to win four races in a row.
